Grand Priory of the Scots - Grand Bailiwick of the Scots

Investiture - 03/08/2014

The St. Columba board meeting took place Saturday morning, March 8th at 9:30 am at the Hardecke House with the Grand Bailiff, Chevalier Connall Bell attending. Coffee, tea and sweet rolls were served.

The Investiture was held at St. John Episcopal Church at 3:30 pm. The four Postulants invested were Jeffrey Campbell, Jay Goetz, Lucinda Goetz and Thomas Richardson.

The Grand Bailiff, His Excellency, Chevalier Connall Bell, GCTJ, GMTJ, elevated Chevalier Robert Rider to Knight Commander.

Dinner was at the award winning Tower Club located in the Hammons Tower, 22nd floor, at 7pm. The Hammons Tower is in the heart of the downtown and business district. The Tower has a remarkable view of the entire city of Springfield, Missouri, seen though the floor-to-ceiling windows. A wonderful and and unforgettable experience was enjoyed by all.

The Investiture was held at St. John Episcopal Church at 3:30 pm.  The three Postulants invested were Gail Adams, Deborah Bruce and Derrick Bruce.

The Grand Bailiff, His Excellency, Chevalier Connall Bell, GCTJ, GMTJ, presented to Chevalier Del Wiese, KTJ, GMTJ, the elevation to Knight Commander, KCTJ, and Chevalier Geoff Chaboude, KTCJ, was awarded the gold merit medal, GMTJ.
